We're on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Group Insurance Product Management team as the Vice President of Stop Loss Insurance. This is a unique opportunity to steer the future of our Stop Loss product line and make a significant impact on our clients and the market.
Role Summary:
As the VP of Stop Loss, you will spearhead our efforts to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for our Medical Stop Loss product. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product lifecycle, including strategy formulation, roadmap development, product management, and vendor relations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with our overarching product strategy and fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Stop Loss product, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market demands.
Product Management Excellence: Oversee the product P&L, driving profitability through effective management of product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and vendor relationships.
Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing Stop Loss product team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the success of the product strategy, leveraging insights and influence to drive profitable growth.
Innovation and Growth: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, using data and analytics to inform product development and strategic decisions.
Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Specific on-site requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
