Position: Division Leader - Sales and Production
What You'll Do:
Welcome and onboard talented Loan Originators, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our company culture and standards.
Showcase the exciting opportunities within our team to potential Loan Originators and referral partners, highlighting the numerous benefits of joining forces with us.
Lead engaging team calls, offering invaluable guidance and direction to our Loan Originators.
Drive sales and enhance team performance by skillfully managing projects, initiatives, and our loan pipeline.
Offer unwavering support and efficiently tackle any issues that arise for our team of Loan Originators.
Play a pivotal role in leadership discussions, sharing your insights and providing essential updates.

What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in commercial real estate lending.
Outstanding communication, people management, and presentation skills.
A proven track record of success in sales, with a natural flair for building relationships.
Ability to lead and nurture a diverse team to achieve exceptional results.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adept project management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating and implementing tools and resources that drive success.

Bachelor's Degree required.
