WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop and implement company strategies
Ensure assigned sites are operationally sound and profitable
Recruit, train and motivate program directors
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive volume and margin
Work closely with and support site leadership
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. MBA strongly preferred
Experience managing multi-site operations
Solid business and financial acumen
Ability to drive change through collaboration and relationship building
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
