Enterprise Workforce Management is responsible to lead Citi's transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organizational design. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who want to ensure Citi has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place and time and cost.The Skills Management Team is responsible for identifying skills we need, skills we have and what are the actions required to mitigate risk if there is a deficiency of skills in the organization.We are looking for an experienced HR professional who understands Skills management to join our growing team to support the design, development, and implementation of Citi's global approach to skills management and planning.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the stand-up and evolution of the Skills management by focusing on how skill assessment outcome and metrics can add value and to align with end to end workforce management processLead projects, generate new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands-on delivery and implement approach to creating skill reporting and monitoring mechanisms to review skill progressionProduce manuals and guidelines to demonstrate accuracy and completeness of skill dataPartner with internal deployment teams, key business stakeholders, HR Advisors and Learning & Development on implementing the annual skills assessment framework to assess gaps and progress made in closing skill gaps.Interpret data and information with a view to support businesses in understanding their skills gaps / emerging skills requirements.Partner with Resource Planning, People Insight and business leaders to develop a methodology to quantitatively report on skills, translate qualitative strategies and their progress into management reportsParticipate and deliver regulatory responses specific to the skills management required for regulatory closure process, including preparing materials and managing artifacts to meet all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements.Knowledge/Experience5-7+ years' experience in strategic workforce planning / skills management / Compensation or HR Data ManagementGood understanding of key principles involved in skills management in relation to workforce planning,Ability to understand, marshal and interpret a wide range of information, ideas and concepts, draw conclusions, and make recommendationsDemonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate complex issues to senior stakeholdersComfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing prioritiesIntellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to project delivery and "get things done" in a tight deadlineStrong analytical skills with good attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.Education:Bachelor's/Universitydegree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:3800 CITIGROUP CENTER DRIVE BUILDING A TAMPA------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$93,440.00 - $140,160.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
