The RoleGreen Thumb is looking for a talented,creative,and ready-to-act Visual Merchandising Specialistto support our growing cannabisproduct line nationally throughexceptional brandexecution.The VisualMerchandisingSpecialistwillensure that ourbrand visionandaconsistentbrandexperienceis brought to lifeacrossselectdispensary locationsandduringspecial eventsdesigned to bring GTI brands to life with impactful visual merchandising. As a Visual Merchandising Specialistwith Green Thumb, you will partner with brand marketing teams toexecuteour visual merchandiseinitiativesin ourpartner dispensaries andexecute merchandise displays forevents.TheVisual Merchandising Specialist willensure thatexternalpartnerleadershipis set up for andmaintainsdesign concepts, visual display standards,andproper maintenance of merchandising efforts. As we continue to rapidly expand,we are looking for candidates with drive, hustle,and an ability to work independently in this newly created role. ResponsibilitiesPartners with Brand team, Retail Marketingand Store Designertounderstand and executeretailmerchandisingstandardsand product placement that is reflective of trend, reinforces brand messaging, and inspires the customerto engage with GTIbrandsExecutesGTI branddisplaysin RISE retail and select retail partners, andatspecialeventsbased on the team prioritiescalendarWorks closely withdispensary leadership, event coordinators, the internalBrand Team, and Retail Marketing to make sure alldisplaysand merchandising are having a positive effect onrevenueandconnectscustomers with GTI brandsResponsible for the coordination ofinventory, and distribution of display collateral, visual merchandising props and auxiliary retail display unitsHas a strong understanding of trend and style that is reflective of thebrandEnsuresthe execution of all retail display presentation inclusive of merchandising and displayexecutionWorks with the3rdpartystore teamsto assess and execute retail displaysthatreflect ourGTIbrandsProvides insight to store design team in relationship to merchandising, display and fixtureneedsQualifications Minimum one year ofRetailVisualMerchandising experience rqeuired; Three years of Retail Visual Merchandising experience preferredExceptional ability to build relationships and influencestrategicpartnersDemonstrated experience in field visual merchandising; window displays, signage, interiordisplaysand spaceutilizationStrong Microsoft Suite experience required including word,powerpoint, andexcel; Adobe Creative Suite experience aplusCreative and innovative in their approach and ability to execute with a strong eye fordetailHighly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common senseandresourcefulnessAdapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced, retailenvironmentWorking ConditionsAbility to lift and move up to 25lbsAbility to work early mornings,nights and weekends as required.  80% Travel RequiredAdditional RequirementsMust passany and allrequired backgroundchecksMust be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in theindustryMustpossessvalid driver'slicenseMust be a minimum of 21 years ofageMust be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabisindustryOurMission:To promote well-being through the power of cannabis.We'rehumble—We prefer quiet confidence anddon'tshout about our success.We'rehardworking—We put our heads down and get the job done.We'regrateful—Workingin our industry is a privilege and an act of service.We'retransparent—Honest and open communication keeps us healthy as an organization.We'recollaborative—And believegood ideascan come from anywhere.We have a growth mindset—Onethat'sgrounded in well-being.At GTI we believe that our corporate community shouldbe a reflection ofthe communities we serve.We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity across race, sex, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, experience, and thought—not only because it is right, but because it makes us better.
