Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will support employees in their personal and professional development through various administrative tasks. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments.2. Organizing and maintaining virtual files and databases.3. Assisting with research projects and gathering information.4. Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports.5. Providing general administrative support to team members.6. Preparing presentations and reports.7. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred.2. 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.7. Presentation and critical thinking skills.8. Confidence and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
