Bonusly is looking for a seasoned, technically adept, SaaS sales leader who is ready to take total responsibility of scaling its Mid-Market sales team for a leading HR Tech startup. The VP Sales will build a sales team focused on expanding the customer-base in the Mid-Market segment, which is within the current primary target profile. Bonusly is headquartered in Boulder, CO, but this role is remote – you can work from anywhere in the United States.
As the leader of our rapidly-growing sales org, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our processes and make a big impact on the success of the company.
Scale and lead the Sales organization
Build out sales process and strategy for MidMarket segments
Create repeatable processes that reliably deliver results and robust systems that can scale with the organization
Grow and develop account executives as domain experts
Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve and iterate messaging and collateral for the sales team
Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless hand-off and successful long-term relationship with customers
Provide feedback to Product to improve customer experience and monetization
Have 4+ years as a senior (Director/VP) leader at a HR Tech SaaS company that has grown from $10MM to $100MM ARR and beyond
Have expertise in HR Tech with a track record of selling HR Tech solutions
Have sold to specifically to Mid-Market segments
Have a strong track record of building sales teams, processes, and systems that reliably and predictably deliver results
Are analytical and data-driven. You dig into the data to answer questions and gain deeper understanding

Compensation:
OTE: $350,000 - $500,000
