About the Role:
As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Reporting directly to the COO and serving as a key member of the executive team, you will lead the charge in enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency across our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize EBITDA.
Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide decision-making.
Create innovative workforce management models to optimize labor resources and meet budget goals.
Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure operational priorities align with company objectives.
Lead and mentor Regional Managers to ensure operational systems are operating effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
Oversee store inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
Analyze market potential and recommend new store locations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead a team of District Managers across multiple retail locations.
Required Competencies:
Strong leadership and integrity.
Technical proficiency in data analysis and development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of retail business and financial acumen.
Ability to collaborate effectively and promote diversity and inclusion.
Experience in project management and organization.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in senior managerial roles.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally sitting.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise level with occasional exposure to moving parts and outside weather conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Travel:
Full-time position with occasional travel required (50-75%).
Salary Range: Competitive salary based on experience.
