Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase market share Lead a high-performing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels Manage brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to guide strategic planning Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in a leadership role Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits Remote Work Permanent Position 30-Day Paid Leave 5-Day Work Week A competitive salary, reflective of your experience Health insurance coverage
