Responsibilities Under direction from the clinical chairman provides patient care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
Qualifications Minimum MD or DO degree
Successful completion of residency program
MD LIC OSTPHY DEA - Must hold and maintain:(1) Licensed in Arizona as a MD or DO(2) US DEA registration and (3) Credentialed at respective facility
Respective board qualified or certified
