Position Summary The Valet position is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel as well as driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles and belongings while demonstrating 6PM Hospitality's Core Values, 6PM Hospitality Partners, LLC. and Hilton standards, as well as going above and beyond to ensure that guests are 100% satisfied.
Essential Functions: Provides a high quality first impression on guests arriving at the hotel by providing exemplary customer service. Greet arriving guests warmly and professionally, and assist with any immediate needs they request Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms/villas and/or designated bell area. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). Deliver amenities, mail, gift bags, ice or special request items to guest rooms in a timely manner. Effectively tag vehicle keys; drive, park and retrieve guests' cars without causing damage to the vehicle. Assist guests with any questions about the local area, provide recommendations and suggestions Maintain security of vehicles, belongings kept inside the vehicle, and vehicle keys. Retrieve vehicles when guests are ready to leave Report all vehicle incidents, damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc. As needed, monitor and direct personal and vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, limousines, and buses, to ensure vehicles are legally parked and to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Assist guests with securing taxi or rideshare services Report incidents to next shift Report any suspicious activity to Security and Valet Supervisor Other duties, as assigned, by management Position Requirements: Minimum Knowledge:
