Join our team as a UX Designer 2 within the Privacy + Trustworthy AI Team at a leading technology company. In this role, you'll collaborate with product teams to design globally compliant, highly crafted experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the direction for globally compliant and highly crafted experiences within Copilot and other AI products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development and deployment of innovative and compliant product experiences.
Act as the liaison between product and regulatory teams to seamlessly merge UX and regulatory requirements.
Design end-to-end product experiences that empower customers' control over their data while enhancing the overall customer experience within the Windows platform.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience designing user experiences across platforms, product design, enterprise solutions, or relevant agency experiences.
Proficiency in Figma or related design and prototyping software.
Strong understanding of design thinking and its application to product work.
Ability to create high-level exploratory prototypes as well as detailed designs with minimal ambiguity.
Familiarity with agile workflow and UX's role in the application development process.
Experience with data-driven business apps and/or website building tools is an asset.
