Keep reading.What's Brewing?As a Senior Marketing Associate at Blank Street, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, enhance brand awareness and engage with our customers. Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing, including digital, offline, and community outreach. If you're passionate about coffee and marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic team and make an impact.What You'll Do:Develop and execute store launch strategies across digital, retail and brand channels to foster community engagement and maximize customer acquisitionCollaborate with Expansion Team to manage store launch calendarAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and in-store channelsManage and maintain digital presence of store listings across Google, Yelp and Apple MapsFacilitate integration of Blank Street stores within local neighborhoods, ensuring exceptional customer experiencesAnalyze and build reports on store opening performance and marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationCoordinate new product launches and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance brand imageManage vendor relationships and coordinate production of marketing collateralSupport customer marketing and retention plans, collaborating with global teamsImplement community outreach initiatives and analyze campaign performance metricsYou will work closely with our UK team, based in London, on Global projectsWho you are3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline and in-store channels. Background in retail marketing and/or hospitality is preferred but not requiredDemonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and initiativesWillingness to travel between markets, including New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindsetPassion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesAbility to use a mixture of logic, methods, and previous experience to problem solve and drive effective solutionsSelf-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with local communities and neighborhoods in New York City is a plus.Flexibility to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.Has a strong sense of accountability and ownership of their work. Proactively comes to the table with opportunities, ideas, and solutionsBenefits$85,000 - $100,000 annual base salaryBlank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salaries are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Additional components include equity offering, healthcare benefits, paid time off and various work perks (commuter benefits, free coffee). Details will be discussed during the interview process. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others.
