Urgent Construction Structural Steel Project Manager

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION -STRUCTURAL S TEEL PROJECT MANAGER  An established, reputable, industrial construction company is looking to add a  STRUCTURAL S TEEL PROJECT MANAGER  to their team immediately. STRUCTURAL STEEL PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: • Primary role is to monitor and control construction for jobs ranging from $500,000 to $50 million through administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and within budget. • Must be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills, and be interested in developing new account • Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy industrial project management • Must have a 4 year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience • Ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility • Supervise the total construction effort to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule • Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses, etc.)• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD and Viewpoint software Structural Steel Experience • Experience in the automotive sector preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
