Your day as a Universal Teammate As a new Universal Teammate at Christian Care Centers- Mesquite, you will be responsible for providing direct care and assistance to residents while promoting their independence and well-being. Your daily tasks may include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and documenting residents' conditions, and providing emotional support. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
