Responsibilities
• Performs routine transactions for bank customers• Promotes and advises on the bank's products and services• Refers customers to appropriate source or channel• Provides quality customer service and handles transactions• Performs specialized tasks such as cashier's checks and cash advances• Balances cash drawer and ensures compliance with internal controls• Answers inquiries and resolves issues with customer accounts• Develops knowledge of bank products through study and training• Processes and reports various transactions and logs• Provides a complete range of customer services
Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent• One year of teller experience or relevant work experience• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
