We are seeking an experienced trust officer to join our team managing client trusts and estates. As a trust officer, you will work directly with high net worth clients to manage assets placed in trust, administer estate plans, and provide personalized advice around wealth transfer plans.  Responsibilities
- Administer various types of trusts and estates
- Provide clients clear explanations and guidance on trust accounts and estate planning strategies
- Review and interpret trust agreements and wills
- Determine trust beneficiaries and distributions; execute investment and payout decisions
- Manage communications with beneficiaries, executors, attorneys and other related parties 
- Work closely with investment advisors on developing and implementing investment plans
- Stay current on trust, tax, and probate laws and regulation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; JD degree a plus 
- At least 5 years of experience in trust or estate administration
- In-depth knowledge of fiduciary and trust activities
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CTFA (Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor) preferred
