Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in and around North Florida. Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation casesDrafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of lawGuide plaintiff clients through the case processInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesQualificationsLaw degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL required)Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation casesExcellent client service and communication skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skills#LI-CB2
