Requirements:
Ability to travel overnight Monday through Friday (typically home on weekends)
Possession of a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 6-foot extension ladder and enduring long-distance drives
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
Comfortable with ladder use to access roofs of commercial buildings (up to 25-feet)
Proficiency in technology usage, including iPads, laptops, and cell phone applications
Capability to independently lift at least 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
Conduct site survey data entry and property inspection, often outdoors on commercial properties, including exposure to environmental elements
Utilize a range of technological tools such as iPads, cellphone apps, laptops, laser measuring devices, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data entry, survey mapping, and reporting
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to meet travel and project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to instructions without constant oversight
Exhibit physical agility to travel to various sites, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work, while utilizing hand tools, cameras, and tablet computers for property inspection survey data entry
Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to address unexpected challenges while traveling and conducting data entry tasks
Maintain professional communication skills, including impeccable writing and speaking abilities, to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in property inspection, surveying, and data entry is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience in teamwork and collaboration, including effective communication and conflict resolution
Resilience and capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates with backgrounds in property inspection, land surveying, GIS mapping, and related fields tend to excel in this role
Relevant experience in roles such as property inspector, handyperson, plumber, electrician, landscaper, home inspector, etc., is beneficial
