We are looking for a travel consultant to join our company to help us create and organize trips for our clients. You will be required to interact with our clients and guide them toward picking the best travel package to suit all of their requirements. Your contribution will impact our company as well as the satisfaction of our customers and drive profits.
Responsibilities:
Providing advice on travel-related topics such as passports, visas, immunizations, etc. Booking airline tickets, cruises, rental cars, hotels, and other accommodations Recommending tours and excursions that are suitable for the customers' interests, time frames, and budgets Creating detailed itineraries for each trip based on the clients' interests and needs Assisting with trip planning by creating a list of potential destinations based on clients' preferences and budget Calling clients to confirm reservations and inform them of changes to their itinerary Arranging for transportation to and from the airport for clients when they arrive or depart at their destination Explaining the rules and regulations about carry on baggage, checked luggage, and other items allowed on airplanes Recommending insurance coverage and helping clients purchase travel insurance policies Communication Skills - ability to listen to customers, understand their travel needs, and offer appropriate travel advice and information 
Customer Service Skills - ability to respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner when customers need to make last-minute changes in their travel arrangements 
Detail Oriented -ability to pay attention to details in order to ensure that the reservations they make match travelers' needs. Ability to make reservations at the correct dates, times, and locations to meet travelers' schedules.
Organizational Skills -must have strong organizational skills to be able to work on itineraries for many customers at once. Keeping client information in order and ensuring that bills and receipts are processed in a timely manner is essential.
