Security Clearance:
Applicants must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging training curriculum and scenarios to support remote MEF trainers.
Conduct research, development, and testing of new software and hardware releases, ensuring usability for fleet Marine users.
Prepare and host demonstrations for in-house events.
Join our Mobile Training Team (MTT) at NIWC-A North Charleston, focusing on ADHOC System Software/Hardware (SW/HW) support.
Travel to various locations to deliver training, emphasizing curriculum development, standardization, and knowledge management.
Lead "Train-The-Trainer" programs for resident trainers, empowering them to effectively train Marines on System SW/HW.
Occasionally provide direct training to Marines.
Experience:
10 years of experience with USMC intelligence systems, including the use of applications or system administration functions.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an instructor, encompassing classroom and/or OJT instruction.
Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development for classroom and OJT.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Operational knowledge of USMC Intelligence Systems, applications, and employment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certification for Information Assurance Certification must be active at the time of hire.
