To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Training Manager in the xxxx Department to join us in our US HQ based Plymouth.
Summary: You will be comfortable with the full end-to-end process of the design journey and be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning using a blended approach that is both culturally and regionally fit for purpose. You will work with the Commercial and Technical Programme Manager and SME's in order to design content that meets the needs of our diverse dealers.
What you'll do: Adapt global content for the USA network. Identify training opportunities, develop solutions, and implement content for different learning styles. Create instructional material layouts and storyboards in collaboration with SMEs. Develop blended eLearning content using audio, video, and interactive elements. Design eLearning content aligned with the Retail Academy Strategy, contributing to commercial, leadership, and technical learning programs. What you'll bring: At least 5 years of experience in managing teams, business processes, documentation, and similar projects in a complex environment such as automotive, ideally in premium brand Educated to Degree level, with a professional qualification in Learning & Development ideal Well versed in the use and application of various design programmes displaying high technical ability Must have designed and delivered the end-to-end journey of eLearning content.
