About the Role: As a Training Manager focused on Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence, you'll be at the forefront of developing dynamic learning solutions that elevate the capabilities of our workforce. Your role will be instrumental in crafting impactful training programs that drive performance and innovation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our leadership team to define strategic learning objectives aligned with our organizational goals.
Partner with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps and develop engaging training content tailored to our team's needs.
Design and deliver interactive training programs that foster skills development and operational excellence.
Utilize your expertise in operational excellence to create specialized training modules covering productivity enhancement, process improvement, and quality control.
Apply modern instructional design principles to create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
Continuously enhance existing training content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training strategies into our overall talent development framework.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative learning methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
