Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain HRMS• Configure and process data accurately• Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues• Develop user procedures and guidelines• Deliver training and assist system users• Assist with administration of HRIS and related systems• Analyze system changes and document impact• Provide support for systems and recommend solutions• Identify and implement process/customer service improvements• Support business requirements and expansions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field• 2+ years of HRIS experience in complex organization• Experience with Ultimate Software (UKG) preferred• Strong understanding of database design and Excel• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality• Attention to detail and ability to function in fast-paced environment• Ability to develop and implement training
