Temporary HR Administrative Assistant Location Cleveland, OH (Puritas-Longmead area) : Position Overview: The temp HR Administrative Assistant will aid in the administration and support for the HR department. Essential Job Functions: Scan and save Attendance acknowledgment forms. Scan all paper employee files (personnel and medical) to HR drive and save them electronically to the Paylocity HRIS system. Create Sewing Training folders for new trainees. Compile New-Hire Packets. Transfer employee performance reviews from ClearCompany performance management system into Paylocity after 2023 performance reviews are completed. Download and save all employee data, including W2's, from ADP for Kansas employees. Consolidate and organize all Open Enrollment benefit materials. Scan and save prior year performance reviews to Paylocity. Assist with HR projects as needed. Assist committee leads with administrative duties, i.e. note taking during meetings. Conduct research as needed. Assist with scheduling interviews. Provide back-up front desk support as needed. Support Safety Manager with the following: Logging and tracking finger guard audit forms. Scanning Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) daily inspection lists. Logging and documenting injury forms. Logging and tracking SUTA forms. Logging and scanning any new training documents. Non-Essential Job Functions: Other duties as assigned. Training: Provided on the job Qualifications: Education & Certifications: High school Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1-year prior administrative or office experience required. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint preferred. Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization. High attention to detail. Professionalism at all times and treating others with respect and appreciation. Must work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with competing priorities. Accept responsibility for own actions and ensure strong follow-up on commitments. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
