MI license is required PT Experience - Required**WILL TAKE NEW GRADS**Pediatric Experience - RequiredAcute Care Experience - Highly PreferredMUST notate if T has EPIC exp in profile please notate if within last year or notProfile Requirements:Work HistorySkills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two yearsCandidates' Permanent Address Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: Resume without time gaps and education notated. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
