Technology Operations Assignment Type Temporary/Hourly Hours 8hrs/day 5 days/week Work Period June - September or August Pay Rate $16.28/hour
Primary Purpose: This position's purpose is to work with a Technology Support Services at all the schools in the Kent School District to complete technology summer projects and prepare district classroom technology for the next school year. Essential Job Duties: Imaging, cleaning, setup, surplus of district equipment, and assisting their team lead as assigned. Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of basic computer principles. Ability to work with others to achieve goals. Ability to learn new operations, procedures, processes, and use of new equipment. Ability to organize, set priorities, and work effectively under pressure. Ability to work independently. Education and Experience: Currently enrolled in a Kent School District High School, is a Kent School District graduate about to enter college, or is currently enrolled in a collegiate IT-related degree program.
Requirements:
Have a current driver's license
A vehicle for traveling between schools.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Stand for long periods.
