We are recruiting a  Technology Infrastructure Lead to join our t eam of health care professionals. As a Technology Infrastructure Lead , you will manage  and coordinate technology infrastructure, provide leadership to technology service providers, and spearhead efforts to define, select and implement new technologies required by Ardon Health Holdings (AHH) growing sophistication and scale. This position provides expertise on data foundations and solutions and p rovides technology leadership to enable and support the Companys quality program and commitment to continuous quality improvement. Job type: Full-time
Pay range: $115,817.30 -$133,204.02 annually, depending on experience.
Benefits: Competitive pay Flexible PTO and paid company holidays Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) match Position responsibilities: Provides technology leadership to drive differentiating, innovating, enabling solutions for Ardon Health Holdings as it grows in sophistication, complexity, and scale. Provides expertise on foundational and emerging technologies. Defines, selects, implements, and manages technology solutions for AHH including those related to Infrastructure, Security, Telecommunications/network, and data. Coordinates support of infrastructure including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. Drives IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) for infrastructure scope. Deploys and ensure adoption of industry best practices, processes, and policies to manage risk, and comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure critical business needs are met and solutions are adopted and maximized. Is considered quality management program staff and allocates approximately 20% of overall job requirements to quality management activities. Actively participates and provides support as needed to fellow leadership and quality program staff to ensure activities related to the companys quality management program and quality improvement activities maintain priority focus and are effectively executed. This may include but is not limited to activities that promote objective and systematic measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of services and defined Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) that may result from such efforts. Complies with the companys Human Resources policies, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhering to good safety practices in all activities. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent.  Degree or coursework in Information Technology preferred. 5 years experience providing technology leadership with additional years experience delivering technology solutions. Experience selecting, managing, and deploying a variety of technology solutions including business intelligence, data & reporting, infrastructure, and security. Experience in support and maintenance of technology solutions and assets. Proven ability to provide day-to-day direction to technology service providers and manage to contractual commitments. Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills both from a business and technical perspective. Experience in collaborating on solutions which will drive business performance, increase organization efficiency, and enhance company performance. Ability to evaluate options and make sound decisions that consider both risk and cost. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Experience in healthcare or pharmacy strongly preferred. Experience and/or certification in ITIL, ITSM, ITAM strongly preferred Certification in IT infrastructure, network, or security strongly preferred. Our ideal candidate has: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate in a team setting. Proficiency in standard workplace software and/or information management applications. Prior experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Ability to navigate computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance connection. Prior experience working with physicians, nurses, or other healthcare professionals.
