Responsibilities
• Performing processing duties according to batch record and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)• Weighing, granulation, compression, blending, and coating• Reporting process or equipment problems to supervisor and performing troubleshooting• Ensuring batch records, equipment log books, and other relevant records are current• Setting up and operating equipment for processing operations• Monitoring process and equipment and making necessary adjustments• Supervising product quality• Following established department GMP's, SOP's, and batch records• Following all company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations• Completing other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead
Requirements
• Good communication skills both written and verbal• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Basic digital literacy• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment• Experience working/participating in a team-based environment• High school diploma or GED equivalent• Preferred qualifications: Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory experience• Experience using high speed mixer, dryers, fitz mill, sweco, scales, and tablet presses• Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs)
