The Technical Writer will be responsible to document technical information to non-technical audiences in an organized and concise manner. The successful candidate will bring a uniform tone to internal and external documentation to ensure a clear and consistent corporate message. Job Responsibilities
Maintain CRM and IMS systems Standardize proposals, project plans, and reports, maintaining and publishing document templates that adhere to corporate guidelines Assist in the writing/development of proposals, project plans, and reports Provide as-needed proofreading and editing support Develop text for use in news releases, marketing brochures, advertisements, etc. Provide local project management support Document tasks to supplement standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed Draft how-to guides and instruction manuals Review existing documents for accuracy and applicability and revise accordingly Job Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technical Writing, English, &/or Industrial Technology / Engineering preferred Have 3 or more years of relevant work experience in procedure writing and document control Exceptional verbal / written communication and grammatical skills Ability to work in a shop and field environment to collect data and pictures; and work in an office environment on a computer writing and creating the documents Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; experience in Adobe InDesign SharePoint and/or other file storage and sharing systems Experience with video and related video editing programs preferred How to apply?
