Samaritans Purse is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team in Boone, N.C! You can be helping the ministry with our new internally built donor system every day! In this role, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding of new organizations from the point of signed agreements through the successful go-live of current and future ministry products from a process standpoint! A day in the life of a Technical Implementation Consultant:

At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.

In the role of Technical Implementation Consultant you will have the opportunity to:
Mentor customers on the technical essentials and capabilities of internally built products and systems.
Identify and communicate technical direction and best practices for customer-managed integrations.
Communicate technical options to customers through, but not limited to, building proof of concept projects and sample code.
Provide technical guidance on data migration efforts and assist in validating the accuracy of migrated data.
Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of environments for partner organizations, and support customer testing.
Work with the lead process implementation consultant lead to ensure a smooth product implementation experience for partner organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
Identify gaps in partner organizations needs and report those needs to the Senior Product Owner and Assistant Director of Support Operations.
Serve as a backup to the lead process implementation consultant lead for partner organizations.
Ensure the support team has appropriate information and documentation to support the customer, including but not limited to customer feature set and external integrations.
Identify and recommend to management, technical areas for process improvement within the implementation process.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree and four (4) or more years of related experience
Technical knowledge integrating with REST APIs
Thorough technical knowledge of relational databases and ability to create SQL scripts
Knowledge of customer requirements to design and communicate technical solutions
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Thorough knowledge of Project managemen technology and tools related to software implementations
Strong ability to be customer service driven
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies desired but not required
Job Location: Remote or Boone, N.C
