Responsibilities
• Participate in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant• Respond to guests' needs in a prompt and respectful manner• Train new hires and set the tone for shifts• Act as a role model for the team• Open/close and lead shifts• Count drawers and finalize day• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken• Manage team member behavioral and performance issues• Work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
