TCSEPP Program Manager - Social Work Office of Research & Public Service (SWORPS) - East TN Regular Full time, Exempt position - Market Range 10 - Salary range: 60K This position requires the flexibility of working occasional nights, weekends, and overnight travel. The University of Tennessee Knoxville, College of Social Work, through the Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS) is accepting applications for a Manager for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). This position supervises and directs the SWORPS' Tennessee Child Support Employment and Parenting Program (TCSEPP) staff and is responsible for meeting program goals and criteria for Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) grant funded program, establish program procedure, assure contract compliance (scope of service), assist with budget, personnel, and service delivery.
