Tax Manager - Hybrid

Position Overview: The Tax Manager is responsible for managing clients tax compliance and providing tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses. They will ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. The Tax Manager will provide tax advice to the business and individual clients, prepare complex tax returns, research tax issues, and provide tax savings strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare complex individual and business tax returns. Advise clients on tax planning strategies. Research and analyze complex tax issues. Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Manage tax compliance responsibilities for clients. Provide technical tax advice to clients. Provide innovative tax strategies and solutions. Perform tax planning for clients. Manage client relations. Qualifications: CPA license or EA certification. Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience. Excellent working knowledge of individual and business tax returns. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with complex tax matters.
