Job Description About the role: As we continue rapid growth, we are seeking to add an ambitious and driven recruiter to support our aggressive growth targets across North America and Latin America. This role will focus on partnering with all levels across the business to develop innovative and proactive recruiting strategies for our functions within the Marketing, Sales and Post-Sales organization. As an ambassador to the organization and Dynatrace, your role is to ensure we provide an exceptional experience at all touch points in the recruitment process. You will have a key focus on providing an optimal candidate experience.
We're seeking a recruiter who will own full-cycle recruitment:
Develop and implement timely and results-driven strategies to meet assigned hiring plan of Sales, Marketing, Leadership and Post Sales. Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates and leaders in the North America and Latin America regions. Strategically partner with leadership and operate as a trusted advisor to help accomplish hiring goals. Run a variety of activities to help bring in top talent. Consistently work to monitor/improve your activity levels based on market demands to accomplish hiring goals. Proactively provide frequent updates to hiring teams on recruitment status and make recommendations based on candidate pipeline data. Partner with employer branding and HR to share the Dynatrace story. Leverage market intelligence on industry competition and pay practices to develop recommendations for competitive employment packages. Qualifications What we're seeking in you:
Experience working in fast-paced agency or corporate environments recruiting Marketing, Sales and Post-Sales professionals in the North America and Latin America regions. Intellectually curious, outgoing, effective communicator, and who knows how to build lasting relationships. You know a great hire when you see one, and you have a natural ability to engage them quickly High level of accountability with a focus on the customer, and a passion for winning. Demonstrated effective planning and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring an exceptional experience  Independent and self-motivated to bring new ideas/new ways to reach top talent Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting. Preference will be given to candidates in the Denver, CO area.  Minimum Requirements: 
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of college coursework and recruitment experience. 3-5 years' experience in recruitment activities is required; strongly prefer that majority of experience is in a technical and/or software industry, recruiting for non-exempt and professional positions. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - 120,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. 
Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
