Pay Rate: $31/hr
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm
9 month contract position: May 2024- Feb 2025
Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
• Collaborating with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Writing compelling job postings to attract qualified candidates
• Implementing strategies to promote diversity in candidate sourcing
• Screening candidate applications and recommending candidates to hiring managers
• Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing guidance on recruitment best practices
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and legal requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree
• Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
• Have experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Have experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Can work independently and as a team player
• Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Can provide a positive candidate experience
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Are proactive and solution-oriented
• Have a curiosity and passion for innovation
• Can work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 days remote)
