Takeoff Forklift Operator

American Gypsum is hiring for a Take off Forklift Driver for the Production department as a Full-Time job in Duke, Oklahoma .  
The primary responsibility of the Takeoff Forklift Driver is to: Safely transport board from take-off to the warehouse , k eep reject tables clear , and spend most of their time on the forklift. Safety and quality should always be part of the daily operation of the Take-off Driver to provide a safe workplace and to produce the highest quality product possible . The shift is 12 hours, rotates from day to night shifts every other week, and reports to the Dry End Leadman.   
Takeoff Forklift Driver Roles and Responsibilities:  
Understanding of safe operation for forklifts.   Understanding of mobile equipment safety inspection.   Maintain housekeeping in the designated area .   Adhere to all quality-related procedures, including completing any necessary tags or forms accurately.   Inspect appearance of units before placing them in stock; this includes checking edges, zip tape, end tape, stacking, sleuter placement, and overall unit appearance.   Understand cut list to properly plan activities during the shift.   Keep stacker tables and reject tables clear to help prevent upsetting conditions.   Check units after removing from stacker to ensure first quality appearance.   About American Gypsum
