Purpose of Job:  Manufactures syrup that is used in the bottling process from concentrate. Job Duties: Blends syrup. Calculates number of concentrate flavor units required by converting production case figures to equivalent finished gallons of syrup. Builds recipes to specifications. Receives concentrate and high fructose corn syrup. Maintains concentrate and high fructose corn syrup inventory. Conducts associated lab duties. Follows all company rules and regulations.
