Job Description:
AutoZone is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Support Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this entry-level position, the Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability4. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:1. Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities3. Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively4. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role5. High school diploma or equivalent6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
