Job Description:

As a Support Officer at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers from the comfort of your own home in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy- Provide product information, order status updates, and general assistance to customers- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team- Reliable internet connection and home office setup- Must be available to work full-time hours
