NGL Energy Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and efficient support to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.3. Coordinate support activities with other internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed.4. Manage projects related to support operations and process improvements.5. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall support experience for clients.6. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.7. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a cohesive and efficient support operation.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.4. Self-motivated and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.5. Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
