Job Description:
Quanta Services is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Seattle, Washington. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of support services to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Act as a liaison between the support team and other departments within the company.4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.5. Provide support to clients, addressing technical issues and escalating as needed.6. Collaborate with other teams to coordinate support efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in support management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 6+ years of experience in a support management role.3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.5. Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.8. Motivated to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
