Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback as needed.2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize the support team's performance and effectiveness.3. Monitor and evaluate the team's performance against key performance indicators and service level agreements.4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that staff are up-to-date on procedures, policies, and product knowledge.7. Prepare and present reports on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement to senior management.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support or customer service role, with at least 3 years in a management position.2. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.5. Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment.6. Hardworking and energetic personality traits.7. Strong presentation and strategic planning skills.8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
