Job Description:
Quanta Services is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level with at least 4 years of experience. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our employees in both their personal and professional development.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to management and team members- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to employees- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars- Assist with project management tasks- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion- Support employees in their personal and professional development- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a support role- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Experience with negotiation skills- Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity- Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
