In the role of the Supply Chain Innovation Project Manager, you'll be representing the Supply Chain (Cereal) organization as we activate on new food projects, existing foods, and packaging projects. Sound exciting? This role isn't for the faint of heart as you'll be working with several areas of the business to deliver on project timelines and business needs.

This is a Hybrid role that requires the incumbent to live within sixty miles of the Battle Creek Michigan Headquarter office. This job sometimes involves extended work schedules and time commitments and changing priorities. Incumbent must be able to deal with some stress and facilitate sound decision making. Occasional travel to manufacturing or test facilities.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading – you'll manage multiple PWR- (Packaging Work Request), PDR- (Product Development Request) and SCR- (Supply Chain Request) projects and identify opportunities and solutions to reduce costs of goods.

Face of Supply Chain – you'll sit with the commercial team as you represent Supply Chain and Logistics.

Collaboration is Key – cross functional relationships are important as you manage projects that interface with several functions across the organization.

Coaching and Guidance – this role works on new food items, existing foods, and packaging projects. Get ready to guide the process along while ensuring business needs are met.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
Supply Chain experience. Strong knowledge Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to influence and partner with leaders and other functional areas and business partners. High School Diploma/GED. Bonus Points:
Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering and significant Supply Chain / Operations experience. Strong demonstrated manufacturing experience. Navigational skills in SAP Materials Cost, and Supply Chain modules and familiarity with KPath software tools preferred.
