Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Analyst you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient production planning and procurement processes. This is a fulltime position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Procure raw materials and finished goods to ensure production schedules are met and inventory levels are sufficient
Work with supplies to ensure deliveries are timely and expedite where necessary while following up on outstanding purchase orders
Submit quotes for raw materials and purchased items in line with organizational needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors through effective communication and ongoing engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or Engineering.
Proficiency in MRP (Materials Resource Planning) principles.
Multilingual skills are preferred (French Spanish or Mandarin)
Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
