Overview
This position will lead a group of analysts who are ultimately responsible for helping the business grow by understanding customer's needs and working with technology partners to develop business applications that meet those needs and are aligned with IGT's business objectives.
Responsibilities: Represent and communicate product strategy and vision in line with the businesses long-term goals to both internal and external stakeholders Develop complete understanding of customers product needs Convert market needs to functional requirements Develops and maintains 1-3 year product roadmap Work with the Technology teams to bring roadmap items to the market Provide know-how and problem-solving advice to commercial and product marketing teams engaging with prospective customers, throughout the sales cycle Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of product(s) Collaborate with Marketing to promote the adoption, enablement & retention of customers consuming our product Develop Go-To-Market Strategies Develop detailed business cases to justify product development investments Create detailed product specifications for use in product development efforts Perform Competitive Analyses Geographic Presence Products and Features SWOT Represents the company at gaming shows, and other promotional events Support development off training documentation Support commercial teams as needed in product commercialization initiatives Support delivery teams as needed during product deployment Work Location:
This is a remote from home position if you reside in a pacific time zone (NV, CA, WA, OR). If you reside in Las Vegas, this will be hybrid (onsite 1 day per week). Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with a cross functional team of project managers, software developers, and testers Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a technology field At least 1 year experience, or equivalent, in product management or as a product owner Experience with working in Salesforce Customer first mind set Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Successful track record of developing products on time and on budget Excellent attention to detail Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Creative and innovative thinker In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends Keys to Success • Building collaborative relationships
