Title: Superintendent The Commercial Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects safely, profitable, and timely. Superintendent Responsibilities: Manage projects start to finish
Daily oversight of current projects
Coordinate work with architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes
Reviews and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments
