Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are a commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking for a Superintendent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a background of at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction, and have experience leading and supervising projects from start to finish. -Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
-Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
-Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
-In-depth understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations
-Traveling to project sites
-Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management
-Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking
What You Need for this Position - 4+ years of superintendent experience
- Experience on Commercial and Retail projects is a MUST
- Good tenure is a PLUS
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30 a plus
