Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team members on activities related to strategic planning and execution for Fannie Mae or business units within the organization. In this role, you will participate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution, as well as participate in project teams to advance business initiatives. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Strategy Associate - Resolution Planning (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Participate in team activities to ensure timely program execution of resolution planning requirements, including the biennial resolution plan submissions to FHFA and related regulatory obligations. Schedule and prepare presentations for executive meetings. Maintain Teams folder and identify resources to support goals and new initiatives. Collaborate with team members on unit's production, activities, and efforts. Support the day-to-day operations, including: financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, talent strategy and management, governance, and negotiations. Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent Market Transactions, Liquidity Risk Management, Treasury, or Accounting field Operations, Compliance and Risk Management Database Management Tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence) Research and Analytical Problem Solving MS tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint) Skills
Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc. Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Tools
